K3nn3rs
I’m adding a bunker to my list, with additional barricades. As an IF it makes sense to have a small fortification in my collection!! My intent is to make a ‘mini castle’ with the barricades partially surrounding the bunker - it’s pleasing to the eye! This got me thinking... could the bunker get a 4+ cover save from barricade? Thoughts? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346080-bunker-cover-save/ Share on other sites
Hesh Kadesh
Bunker; page 113 - Options; May take items from the Buildings, Obstacles, and Battlements and Battlefields List; Obstacle upgrades are small sections of (each up to 6" in length) of battlefield debris. A fortification can purchase up to six sections of obstacles, in any combination, from the list below; - Barricades - X points Battlefield Debris // Barricades and Walls - A model in cover behind a barricade or wall has a 4+ Cover Save. Terrain Types; - When one of the following rules refers to a model being "in cover behind" a piece of terrain, this means that the model is at least 25% obscured by the scenery, and therefore eligible for a cover save" So yes. However, your unit sat in the bunker is also going to be giving a 4+ Cover Save to every unit they shoot at, so *shrug*.
