This is my first attempt at 'true metallic metal' so far so good, but I went a bit too dark maybe on some of it. Also first attempt at leopard skin... It's well painted, but it i) doesn't seem to fit the BA theme; and ii) doesn't really 'pop'. It fades into the rest of the miniature. IMO, of course. zarnak21 Posted April 19, 2018 Author Share Posted April 19, 2018 Just a quick update. Not had much time this week to make much progress. Added some layers to the demon face and started the horns - black... I hate painting black. I've tried to stick to the artwork with the demons head, which is working out well I think. The next major thing to do is the wings, which, I have not yet decided on what to do for the colour I'm prity sure that they are always described as white. I'm slightly concerned that they might end up looking a bit boring. So I was thinking of having some black dips and maybe some browns in the mix. But still predomently white.
