MithrilForge
Novokh Dynasty will be your go to Choice... https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/03/21/preview-the-novokh-dynasty-flayed-ones-and-canoptek-wraithsgw-homepage-post-2/ I'm intrigued as to what your army looks like using AoS models (cool idea) Have you changed them in any way?and do you have any pics of finished models?... Arachnofiend
Flayed Ones are prooooobably the worst unit in the codex, unfortunately. Maybe the Obelisk is worse? FO's had their overall damage output nerfed and didn't get any sort of "charge-from-deepstrike" stratagem to help them get into combat. Their best target is guardsmen but they're too expensive to throw at guardsmen and will get nuked the moment it gets around to your opponent's turn. bozo69pd
Ok so str 5 flayed ones blob deep striking, charging, and fighting twice. I figure if I deep strike 3 max size units one of them has gotta succeed that charge. NTaW
3x Shards of the Deceiver, move all your characters up close to where your blobs are coming in and take the re-roll charge warlord trait. Pray to your deity you get first turn and that your opponent doesn't bubblewrap their deployment. It could be fun but there's cheap hard counters to alpha strikes in every army, no to mention a 9" charge is a hard sell without dice manipulation. I've failed six in one turn  it was a rough game.
