New eldar player

Hey guys

 

I am looking at building a 1000 point list to play doubles with a friend who plays drukhari.

 

I haven't really played eldar much but would like to build an army using some of the more unique units. I have come up with the list below and would appreciate some pointers:

 

Outrider detachment

 

HQ

Illic Nightspear

 

Troops

5 rangers

5 rangers

 

Elites

5 Shadow spectres

 

Fast Attack

hornet 2x Shuriken cannons, vectored engines

hornet 2x Shuriken cannons, vectored engines

hornet 2x Shuriken cannons, vectored engines

5 swooping hawks

 

Flier

Phoenix, phoenix pulse laser, phoenix missile array

 

980 points

 

I like the look of the FW units, even if they aren't optimal. I'd rather have an interesting fun list that can hold its own than a :cuss smashing list.

 

As a new Eldar player I am not sure if there is anything I am overlooking or if this stuff has good synergy.
