Delta.Skies
Was looking to put a punisher gatling cannon on a russ, but found a cheap leman russ demolisher on Ebay. And found the bits for the gatling cannon. Is there any difference in the models to where I would run into any complications putting a gatling cannon big on a demolisher tank. Must curious before I make a mistake. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/ Share on other sites
Private Jenkins
If you're asking if there is a difference between the regular and Demolisher Leman Russ kits, then no. Only the turret is different and is kinda compatible. A bit. Delta.Skies
Between the demolisher and the punisher. I'm asking can I buy an demolisher and put a punisher gatling cannon bit on it Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/#findComment-5054927 Share on other sites
TheAlchemist
You can. Just assemble the turret without the gun. Both bits can just slide in. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/#findComment-5054931 Share on other sites
H311fi5h
The Demolisher, Executioner and Punisher build from the same kit. The lower half of the mantlet and base of the gun is the same for all 3, making them easy to magentize. Here is a picture (guns upside down). zero88
Unless it's the old kit which was a mix of a plastic Leman Russ Turret with a pewter mantle and barrel for the demolisher (wow that makes me feel old) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/#findComment-5055124 Share on other sites
Ulrik_Ironfist
It's also going to matter if the model he bought was NISB or not. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/#findComment-5056476 Share on other sites
crimsondave
The new kit is one of the easiest models to magnetize. Do your wallet a favor and do it. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/#findComment-5056877 Share on other sites
Delta.Skies
All the bids went up past / up to 30 with like 8 bucks shipping. When they selling a new box set for 42 free shipping. So a no go on a used leman russ this time around. :( Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/346199-leman-russ-variants/#findComment-5057120 Share on other sites

Wassa
Not sure when they last updated the models, but my 15yr old leman russes aren’t compatible with the new parts at all! (Yes the annoying ones where you had to glue about 10 wheels on each side!)
