antique_nova
Hi all, I was wandering if it's even possible to use GWS plastic glue to fix modelling sand to the bases? I ask, because I forgot to buy some super glue, but I will. However, if the plastic glue is enough, then I'll just stick with it. Major_Gilbear
Unfortunately not - the plastic glue is more a solvent rather than an adhesive, and to works by essentially melting to plastic surfaces together. For gluing sand onto bases, you can use a good quality PVA glue (recommended) or cheap superglue (less recommended). Kinstryfe
I highly recommend pva glue (good old white glue) rather than superglue. It's a lot less messy, gives you more control, and I find it generally easier to work with on bases than superglue is.
