alternative orc/ork heads

Morning Folks

I'm looking to see what you guys would suggest for creating an alternative orc head that would make it look 'more human' for lack of a better descriptive.

I was thinking about picking up a box of goliath gang members to try and convert them into upright standing orcs.
I just don't know where to start with the head.
Googles been no help so I thought I would ask here.

My initial thought would be vargheist or crypt horror heads with green stuff work but I think they would be to big.

Any suggestions are more than welcome
