Are Verlo
I really want to grab a few units of Tzaangor Enlightened. The challenge I face is transporting them. Are the figures as fragile as they seem and do they take up a lot of space in miniaturecases/bags? Now and then I travel by plane and I´m unsure if I can fit 27 enlightened as carry-on luggage? Anyone got any experience with transporting armies with lots of disc-riders? If you give them bows however.....the buggers are fragile, those parts are very thin, need to be on their own somehow. Or at least very carefully wrapped. I have a battlefoam case for mine and a set of slots specifically for my 12 enlightened with bows.... so its not an issue for me, but without it....itd be a problem. Gotta wrap them carefully and make sure it doesnt tug on the bow. Raven1
All my disc riding models are magnetized at the feet for easier transportation. Ahzek451
Both are pretty fragile. I love GW's ability to make more detailed and gorgeous minis...but anymore these days they are getting more and more fragile. I used to transport everything in battlefoam foam and bags. But as these models have grown more fidly, I see that I am breaking them by simply pulling them out of the foam slots they sit in as sharp bits grab the foam and snap. I recently invested in the manga trays. Magnetized the bases of the my tzaangor and no amount of shaking dislodges them from the trays. Easy to come on and off. Not trying to come off as a salesman, but maybe check out the magna racks at battlefoam.com Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/347438-transporting-tzaangor-enlightened-miniatures/#findComment-5087120 Share on other sites

Would a magna-storage unit for ~27 enlightened be the right size (hand luggage on flights)?
