Anyone fancy helping thrash some loyalists in the ETL?

Cause, to be honest, we could do with every Chaos Lord, Daemon Prince and Traitor General the galaxy has to offer! We're currently challenging 2nd place pretty firmly, but second best isn't good enough for the gods, and I've never met a Chaos Frater it's good enough for either!

 

Now if you've never seen anything to do with the ETL, at its heart it's a motivational cross forum painting event, run by the inestimable Captain Semper. You vow to paint game-legal units before August 1st, and Semper tallies it all up with the forum that does the most taking the glory.

 

Now, you may have seen the ETL and be reluctant to join for several reasons. I will attempt to alleviate some of these below:

 

"But I'm rubbish at painting!": If you can put paint on a model, you're good at painting. Also if you ask your fellow Chaos Lords for help, you shall receive it! We turn off the betrayal and backstabbing for the duration of the event ;)

 

"I don't have much to paint!": No worries, because at this point every little helps, and there's nothing stopping you putting a bigger vow in later if you get more stuff. Grab a marine, slap a couple of weapons on them and a fancy hat, BOOM that's a Chaos Lord and 100-odd points in the bag.

 

"I don't have much time because life!": A fair point, I'm learning the joys of full time employment myself. However, I'm 110% sure that you can paint one guy in just over two months, because you're a human of taste, skill and sophistication! After all, you're down here in the Chaos section, not grubbing around with the Loyalists!

 

What I'm saying is, grab a brush, get stuck in and really irritate a bunch of Loyalists by helping us win this for the fourth time running!
