Child of the Emperor: :) love the army, especially the DP and chosen unit. The use of the old marine bodies with the new sonic weapons is great. The sisters of sigmar models are great too. Do they represent anything, or are they just there for the look of it?

Refuse, it's the smaller one, called "the Fallen One". I allso have the Netherlord standing on the table. I'll try to get a shot of these two standing next to a CSM, so you'll be able to see the size differense.

size

Ah, "smaller" is relative. Thanks. That helps alot. Now if only they were a bit more slaaneshy.

They are my Chaos Hounds! I figure that, if anything, EC would go to the field with a bunch of their slave play-things. I use the hounds something like a unit banner to establish the theme with the squad's name. I'm not sure it worded out as well as I'd liked since I had to basically explain it to all of my opponents so they would get it, so in that regard the concept did not work well unless I was there to explain it. Regardless, they did well enough at the tournament. Back to the point: The Havocs are my Choir of Slaanesh, so the hounds are modeled as Choir girls gone bad.

Each model kost me about $16 in component, and on the tabletop the possessed are worth around 62pnt, where the AC is worth around 100pnt.

They where quite expensive compared to their preformance, but worh the effort in building and playing with them.

worth every penny/cent i reckon

whether they dominate the table performance wise or not they dominate visually

I figure I might as well tack my new KSons Lord on here, as a premonition of my eventual army 'Court of the Sun King.' And now I give you the Sun King himself (and his disc):

Colour scheme on guys not covered in robes will be white feet, greaves, helmets (except for the blue stripes) and shoulder pads, blue everywhere else, gold trim, nice pastel green for power weapons, flames and the like.

The fluff is that they're the result of an heretical Heliocult (hence the whole 'sun' thing).

Well, after a minor busy streak in the week with 40K i finally went about re-doing my older EC pics, so they actually look ALOT clearer now as opposed to their previous pixelated forms.

Thought i would re-display my 'Pride Squad' in its well, less fuzzy glory :)

Pride Squad

Pic isnt THAT great, as the pics were taken with a Webcam and not Digicam. For more independent pics of each marine, the Dir is here: Pride Squad Directory.
