Hopper21
I understand when you advance with Nerephrekh you essentially turn into a beam of light. Enabling you to pass through terrain and other models. Does this mean when you advance you ignore vertical distances as you beem up to a top floor? When I say ignore vertical distance i mean rather then moving to the base of a ruin then moving up a floor at a time can you move as the crow flies to the floor you want? Hope that's clear Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/347906-vertical-distances-and-nerephrekh/ Share on other sites
Tyriks
No, you can't add vertical distance as a result, but you can move through things that would otherwise block you (i.e. a line of enemies or a big boulder). Normally you'd have to walk around but Nephrekh let's you move through them. NTaW
The wording for FLY is exactly the same as the wording for Translocation Beams, why would the units be treated differently for movement when it comes to vertical distances? For reference, Battle Primer, pg. 3: If the datasheet for a model says it can Fly, it can move across models and terrain as if they were not there.
