ShinyRhino
I'm looking at building a TDA squad, but the soft detail of the generic squads' crux pads had always bothered me. Does anyone know if the cruxes in the Blood Angels and Dark Angels squads have sharper detail than the generics? Arkhanist
They're sharper, but not *that* sharp. The forgeworld Blood Angel terminator pads I have are noticeably more defined, so that'd be my recommendation. (substitute for appropriate chapter for the non-crux pads) BA plastic crux: http://www.bitzbox.co.uk/images/blood_angels_terminators_shoulder_pad_2_large.JPG forgeworld: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/348073-terminator-crux-pads/#findComment-5103349 Share on other sites
Closet Skeleton
The plastic generic terminators are ancient kits with serious molding deficiencies, the chapter specific ones fix that issue at least. Robbienw
The crux pads in the Deathwing and BA kits are so much better than the regular plastic ones, you will not be disappointed if you get them.
