This does not affect Stratagems that are not used during a phase, such as those used "before the battle begins" or "at the end of of a battle round." ...it would suggest that you can abuse the heck out of DVoS. Panzer Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 Why would that seem wrong to you? It's not like it gives a huge advantage and we're CP hungry even without spamming that one. It's not like Chapter Master who are bound by fluff to exist only once per chapter or similar stuff. It's just one of our characters fallen to the black rage.
