Warsmith Uveron
This thread is for photos about the completed photos from my various projects, links can be found in my Signature. == +++ Questor Traitoris: Knight Inarud, of House Caesarean +++ A veteran of the Heresy, having fought with the Iron Warriors at the Battle of Tallarn, Inaruds plilot has succumbed to the pull of chaos, and given himself to the God of Blood and Slaughter. A vessel of Khornes will, he hunts across the worlds of the Obsidian rift for blood and skulls. This model is one of the most extensively converted models in my collection. Its legs have been reposed, the whole chest and head section rebuilt from scratch. The head itself comes from the soul grinder, and the chest from the skull throne. The gun is fully magnetized allowing me to change out the weapons, as is the carapace weapons. Son of Carnelian
Wow. That is... absolutely horrifying. Seeing that in my nightmares tonight. Thanks for that. In all seriousness, a cracking good model! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/348349-uverons-completed-works/#findComment-5109630 Share on other sites

Kierdale
Great work! I particularly like the shield on the back of the reactor. I will steal that! :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/348349-uverons-completed-works/#findComment-5109684 Share on other sites
Krakendoomcool
This is a terrifying image. I think it's the grimey realistic style. Reminds me of the Chaos Knights in Titanicus the book. Warsmith Uveron
Wow. That is... absolutely horrifying. Seeing that in my nightmares tonight. Thanks for that. In all seriousness, a cracking good model! Thanks! He perhaps is my best Chaos model, for the monstrous nature anyway. Great work! I particularly like the shield on the back of the reactor. I will steal that! Thanks! Its a shield from the Bullgors kit, I used loads of bits from it in my Chaos army. Back in 7th I built 3 of them to run as deamon Princes without wings in my KDK army, these days they are back on the AOS side of things. This is a terrifying image. I think it's the grimey realistic style. Reminds me of the Chaos Knights in Titanicus the book. Thanks! 'Grimey Realistic' is my painting style. You will spot a trend as I move on from the other units! Warsmith Uveron
+++ Questor Traitoris: Knight Xuthi, of House Caesarean +++ Like Inarud, Xuthi is a veteran of the Heresy, having fought with the Iron Warriors at the Battle of Tallarn, Though unlike Inarud the warmachine itself has been piloted by many, few can live for long once inside the great machine, its insides infested by the corruption of nurgle. Its current champion though gave himself to the god of plagues many centuries before and for now the cycle of death is paused. This Knight is a more subtle conversion than the khonate one. Its weapons are also fully removal, but I spent a great deal of time weathering the knight correctly to build in the nurgle corruption on the model. Warsmith Uveron
+++The Emperor's Harbingers: Chapter Master 'Master Hector Vivianus' +++ Hector has been the Chapter Master of the Emperors Harbinger since the last chapter master was killed in the Cryptus Campaign, with little time to prepare he has been working as the direct commander of imperial forces within the Obsidian rift , as he does battle first against a black crusade and following the opening of the great rift xenos forces have now moved against the imperial worlds at his command. Warsmith Uveron
+++ Unnamed Heretic with Auto-Cannon +++ Many Lost souls have pledge alliance to the dark gods in the Obsidian Rift. Using captured equipment these renegades maned the fortifications built by the commands of the Iron Warriors, and gave there lives when fighting the inevitable Imperial counter Attack. A great example of a crazy kitbash I put together. Not even sure I can name all the parts used in this chap. But he is one of my favorite chaps in my chaos army! ElDuderino
You'd think that a single human sized mini would be less impressive right after those amazing knights, but that guy just had so much character! Warsmith Uveron
Thanks for the positive comments! +++ Officio Assassinorum Detachment +++ In the Efforts to bring stability to the Obsidian Rift, a number of Officio Assassinorum agents were dispatched in a effort to cause distribution to the Black Crusade being driven though the sector, although the Primary Targets still live, more than one chaos lord has falled to there efforts. Stripped and Repainted from my 3rd Edd Imperial Guard Army, these too have seen quite alot of action, happy with the paint on them and the serve the purpose well. Seen here with a homer beacon, although cannot be used in rules with the pair, I often picture the idear of the agents placings the beacon to summon the Terminators and Drop-Pods of the Space Marines. Warsmith Uveron
+++ Looted Tank +++ During the progress of fighting the black crusade in the Obsidian Rift, many wrecked tanks from both the imperial and chaos forces were abandoned. Moving on these piles of Scrap the every present green menace repaired these tanks and transports, as they slowly built there own forces. In more than one encounter the the Ork raiders in the rift, both chaos and Imperial forces have had to face down such creations This tank was built from bits in my bits box, I had bottom part of a russ, but no turret or gun mounts. Using two spare chimera turrets I built something that would house the battle cannon. And then extra gaps were filled with other bits from my bits box. Warsmith Uveron
+++ The Dancing Gork! , Ork Stompa Class Titan ++ Pride of Place in the center of Warbosses Morfangs Forces. The Walking Battlefortress is the command and control center for his WAAAARGH! The target of frequent assaults by those wanting to break the Orks Momentum. But the speed and dedication of the big meks get it working again. The Stompa has been built with normal kit. Many alterations were made to this model. Extra Armour plates were added , the head rebuilt, extra gliff banners and all the 'small arms' were relocated among others changes. Overall this is the biggest model I have ever painted.
