Ranulf
Nice work. Needs a video with a turntable to really show it off. What is the colourshift like to work with? -Ran
Kastor Krieg
Didn't have a turntable at hand and now it's at the customers' place already. The colourshifts require many thin layers so they are excellent to paint with an airbrush and an absolute bastard with a brush. Technically you CAN brush them, but the effect will be less colorshift and more pearlescent. I've also used Scale 75 Metal Alchemy pearlescent metallics range on details and swords, etc - they are great with a brush, useless in an airbrush (good coverage, but toothpaste thick). Dr_Ruminahui
That purple is gorgeous, both on the fabric of the first model and the whirly bits of the second.
