How many Psykers?

So I've recently gone back to my Eldar and am still getting the hang of them.

I'm tending to run what I think has become a fairly standard looking competitive eldar list. 1 Big Unit of Dark Reapers, 1 Big unit of Shining Spears, and then a couple Fire Prisms, a Gaurdian Blob, 2 Wave serpents.

For my HQ's I have been using an Autrach on Bike, and then a Farseer and a Spiritseer or warlock, or both if I am running double battalions. So 3 Psykers, 2 with Runes of battle and 4 powers casting a turn.

Now I see Mr. Nanavati's ATC list is running. 2 Farseers, a spiritseer, Warlock, Warlock Conclave, and Yvraine. Which can cast 9 powers a turn. He is really just powering up 3 killer units while I have a more smaller ones to try and use. So maybe that is significant difference but still he is investing a lot in HQ choices.

Other than just a general discussion of competitive Eldar lists, my questions to the community is, are Eldar psykers really that good that it makes sense to focus so much of your army on them?

For those Interested his list is:
