I still perform to a decent level at tournaments, typically winning 3 or 4 in every 5 games showing that a well optimised list can represent the army to a good standard. Why the Techmarine? Seems like a poor choice. An LT or Apothecary would seem the obvious better pick. You have zero vehicles. He's not rocking C-beamer or full harness. He's not Primaris and thus out of the theme. And you could still take Teeth of Terra on a non Primaris Lt or Apo. I'd definitely choose an Lt for this list. BLACK BLΠFLY Posted July 30, 2018 Author Share Posted July 30, 2018 The Techmarine is a solid offensive melee threat and the combi-plasma with BS2 is quite nice. @ Captain Idaho - I play in a large league and have a winning record over three seasons playing a lot of solid players. I think I am the only one at my level running any form of vanilla SM. The Smurfs really pull their weight.
