"Practical" Knight House (DIY Project)

I patterned my Warhawks playstyle off of the Raptors. I'd have painted and played them as Raptors if that Chapters rules weren't almost anti-Primaris, so instead I will DIY them with <Raven Guard> rules.

 

Now that I have a box of Warglaives and the Renegade Box set with extra Icarus and AVG bits that I've bought off Hobby Titan (also those sweet Shapeways rotary cannon arms for the Armigers) I want to build a Knight House with a similar mind set.

 

A "practical" mind set means no glory or honor horse manure, or allegiences to deceptive institutions like the Mechanicus. I want them to be to combat organizations who have found a Brother in Arms who believe in and fight for, and how, in a similar manner and mind set. Professionals dedicated to protecting those who can't protect themselves from the "evils" of the 40k universe.

 

I like Hawkshroud but definitely not the colors. I'm going to go with a Army Painter Primer Angel Green or Greenskin as the primary color. Undecided on the secondary color maybe Daemonic Yellow as a nod to Hawkshroud or black racing stripes - someone here (I forget) has done a sweet job with his Armigers this way. Regardless ... Green

 

Question: Anyone have ideas on a name for such a House and/or another House other than Hawkshroud that play tactically as a Brother in Arms style?

Dunno, it really has to be a personal interest name.  Perhaps something practical using a strong old-English or Gaelic-root name?
