More Duel stories like (Trials of Azrael) Khârn vs Azrael?

Should BL make more stories featuring characters such as Skulltaker and Nassir Amit fighting each other as the main plot point?

 

If so, which characters would you likee to see fight each other to the death?

Tigurius vs Typhus would be interesting. There is a bit about the Chief Librarian leading the PDF of Ultramar against the Death Guard; a psyker showdown could be fun.

I could see how this idea is awesome. Just like with comic book characters, we want to see how our favorite characters match up against each other, and when it's done right, it can be epic. However, the thing about these sort of stories is that they often don't go anywhere. I'd like to see Abaddon go up against Dante, but we both know that it couldn't end with either of them dying because one group of fans would flip out (that's without even mentioning the massive impact on the setting).

 

With that out of the way, in order, I'd like to see the following:

 

1. Cato Sicarius vs Lucius

 

They've both outlived pretty much everything that the Galaxy's thrown at them. They're both the best blademaster of their legions. They both (used to) look glorious. Niether for them was really the best strategist.

 

2. Dante vs Khârn

 

Two blood knights go at it with their epic axes and guns that melt people. Two of the toughest in the galaxy. Only one walks away.

 

3. Guilliman vs Abaddon

 

Less of a physical fight and more of a game of wits.
