HH: Slaves to Darkness (Wolfsbane ramifications)

So I'm still at the beginning but it seems clear that there are implications of the suicidal attack of Russ during Wolfsbane.

 

No spoilers since it's only the beginning:

 

Horus is in Beta Garmon at the end of the campaign when he falls injured without any blow being taken at him. His side starts bleeding and he falls into a semi unconscious state that has him sitting in his throne immobile for more than 60 days at least, muttering nonsense at times.

 

Seems that's Gugnir's wound. Pretty excited to see where this goes.
