Marshal Vespasian
Exactly what it says in the title. How do you model them on the tabletop? I could of course just get Grimaldus and use those, but I'm not that much in love with the models and am looking for an alternative. I was thinking of maybe using the Scibor servants line as counts-as models, acting as chapter serfs carrying chapter relics and giving orations: Relic http://sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?art=787 Relic http://sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?art=761 Orator http://sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?art=413 Another idea I had where robed people with torches and poles with banners or tomes or relics tied to them Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/349880-how-do-you-model-cenobyte-servitors/ Share on other sites

Hooj
Flagellants could make a good base for conversion. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/349880-how-do-you-model-cenobyte-servitors/#findComment-5164116 Share on other sites
+Chaplain Matthias+
Like this! I used a lot of flagellant parts. Their bodies and heads are perfect. For the little guys I use skaven bodies. The coffin is from the AoS Lord Relictor. The only really obscure parts I used that you might not recognize are the short little arms on the two pallbearers. Those are toes from the Ad-Mech walker. Dunestrider I think it's called. Brother Christopher
Personally, I'm not a fan of the one with bionic legs, but I appreciate the effort nonetheless. Having said that... this is amazing stuff. I'm speechless. Excellent work, sir. Excellent. Marshal_Roujakis
It really depends on how you depict your fluff for your Crusade, it could just be anything as Chapter Serfs carrying relics for the Chapter, actual Servitors tasked on carrying bones of a deceased Templar hero, or in my case, since my Crusade is on a quest to spread the wrath and salvation of the Emperor among non-believers, 3 Ministorum Priests accompany my Chaplain to really bring out the Litanies and Zeal in the heat of the battle Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/349880-how-do-you-model-cenobyte-servitors/#findComment-5164311 Share on other sites
Canadian_F_H
I like some of the above in general. I think it's always a good idea to take the opportunity to put models into your army that look like the weird robe wearing guys from all the old Black Templar art.
