TiguriusX
Have an invite to my first ever narrative No idea what to expect and dont want to bring a tournament mentality if not appropriate The only thing i was told so far is mono codex only and 4 to 6 players on the same board similar to Apoc Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/349935-anyone-do-narrative-events/ Share on other sites
Son of Carnelian
Have fun. Bring no cheese. Do what looks and sounds cool, not what will necessarily be the most tactically sound decision. Pretend you are the Chapter Master/Lord Marshal/Field Commander and direct your forces in that mentality. Krakendoomcool
I went to Titanicus at Warhammer World a few years back. It was 2k each 40 players on one giant(!) table lots of Super heavies. There were a lot of cool staff helping to keep the running smooth. They would set you missions on the fly to keep it interesting and let you bring units back on if you were getting crushed. It was a lot of fun. I’d say it’s a good opportunity for you to try something different. Have some fun. Anarnii
Played the narrative event at this years GT in London. I had half wolves half mechanicum. Pretty mixed opponents, some were quite mixed lists which weren’t too competitive. There were some pretty competitive lists too, like a double deamon prince / thyphus / mortarion list.
