Certainly worth using SotR every turn, either making a flyer harder to kill or spent on getting extra range for bikes/speeders. If your Darkshroud is dead and you have a single hq speeder, SotR can give you greater flexibility for positioning by using it on your HQ. Unless you roll like I do. Played a game the other day and spent all 9 CP without recovering a single one. And of course I rolled 6's to make all my vehicles explode. The dice God's love me.
