These were done by cutting apart the squat MK IV legs, inserting a thick piece of plasticard, and then green-stuffing the entire upper portion of the leg.

Looking very smart. Sculpting work is pretty clean too, good introduction to more ambitious projects. Your one problem now though, you're down the rabbit hole and very soon you won't be able to pick up a mini without chopping something off it.

Had some hobby time lately!

 

 

Really dig the new CSM bodies. I shaved off most of the most prominent chaos symbols to depict hardened, void-scarred loyalists. Some of the leftover symbols fit the Iron Warrior look really well!

 

 

Ancient Vestapol, Iron Warriors Siegebreaker Contemptor Dreadnought. It's a mouthful but I'm planning on converting two more of these guys with various bits of giant flail thingies!
