Brother Clavero
Does anyone know if there is a way to convert the game Inquisitor to a D20 system? I've already found how to convert it to inches, now if I can just clear this last hurdle! Thanks! Ratherdashing
It's been a long time since I played Inquisitor, but couldn't you just divide everything by 5? I don't recall it getting more granular than that. So if a skill is 20, requring you to roll 20 or less, that skill is 4. d20s feel better if you want to roll high, though, so maybe reverse it. If you really feel ambitious, and have both skill and roll to be high=good, than set the target of rolls at 20 and skills give plusses to that roll. So the 20% chance from Inquisitor becomes "roll a d20 plus your skill (4) and try to get a 20. Er, 21 would have to be the target I suppose. Anyway you could work conditional plusses and minuses right into that. What was -10% chance is now -2 to that roll, etc. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/351135-d20-inquisitor/#findComment-5189883 Share on other sites
