Off to the Dutch GT

Hey folks 

 

So, on Friday im flying out to the Dutch GT to enter my first Big leagues game, I've been skirting around on periphery playing smaller events, two of my pals were interesting in going to this one so I've thrown my hat in the ring.

Here's what im taking... I'm acutely aware I may be taking a fork to a knife fight / Soup dinner, I decided to go armour/knight hunting, the event is totally Wysiwyg following ITC rules of which the mission pack can be found  here

Since the lists went up for review I've felt pretty sick , the level of Filth in the lists is insane way beyond what im used too I've seen horrors like 12 tractor kannons  one list called  " project hate me " has  7 wave serpents,  My first Game is against combat guard ...  which is basically my hard counter, I dont have anything like the anti-personal firepower to kill them.

This is before I worry about the manticore's >.< 

 

Right now my Match one plan is to kill his Fast attacks quickly for 3 kill points  ( mission has nominate a unit slot and kill it for  VP) and pray to the machine gods for some good draws on my objectives quickly so i can build up enough points to not score so badly that i spend the rest of my games on the bottom table.
