CradleToGrave Posted November 16, 2018 Share Posted November 16, 2018 I have a bunch of Necron Warrior models that I want to convert into Flayed Ones for Kill Team. Since FOs are "deranged" necrons, and cover themselves in skins, etc., if I were to use tyranid scything talon arms from hormagaunts box, would this be "ok" as flaying claws, from a gaming perspective? For fluff, I can see long wars vs tyranids having the FOs opt for covering themselves in alien facade, and could say that the talons "are attached over normal necron mechanical arms underneath". From gaming view, they would clearly be the only models in my team that would stand out as FOs from all others, and would also add other tyranid parts as their worn fetishes. Would you feel this is no issue, from a casual and even a tourney play standpoint? Thanks for feedback!
