Sugarlessllama
So, for those of you not living in the Portland, Oregon there is a fairly large Warhammer gaming club called Ordo Fanaticus. And this every year this club hosts a small convention called the "Ordo Fanaticus Club Challenge". It hosts 100 or so people from around the Pacific Northwest and is a lot of fun. ANd finally, the main event for the convention is the Team Tournament, which pits four-player teams against one another in a well-organized gathering of Beerhammer players (i.e., there is going to be a lot of beer and other booze flowing over the weekend.). The armies people run tend to be pretty fluffy, which is great for me. However, this year I am stumped. I don't know what kind of army I am going to run this year. I know I want to run my Imperial Consuls (UM Successor Chapter), and that is about it. The army has to be 2,000 points and a single detachment. I want to be able to field something that is a nice well-rounded force ( as the codex demands) and will also be fun for my opponents to play against (as the Llama demands). I was leaning towards Intercessors, scouts, and maybe some jump troops and armor. But I'll be honest, I am genuinely stumped. Ideas?
