Dracos
I’m looking for an alternative Guard model that would be truescale. I ran across a possibility in a company called eurowargames.com but they don’t seem to be producing (yet?) I doubt GW is going to (though with the Loyal 32 so popular they could clean house) so any alternatives anyone might have is appreciated. 32mm truescale is only thing I’m interested in. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352354-truescale-guard/ Share on other sites
Arkhanist
Mantic does truescale, but they're 28mm - 32mm is gonna be hard to find, even GW is still mostly 28mm based. http://www.manticgames.com/ImageCache/Products/3866.1.368.368.FFFFFF.0.jpeg http://www.manticgames.com/ImageCache/Products/7672.1.1000.1000.FFFFFF.0.jpeg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352354-truescale-guard/#findComment-5215787 Share on other sites
Ranulf
Truescale as in smaller than the bulky Cadian/Catachan lines? Victoria Miniatures and Anvil Industries both do pseudo-Guard that are better scaled than GW's plastic fare. I've used both and the casting quality is excellent with both companies. PeteySödes
I do like a lot of the various gaurdsmen from Victoria minis. I’d be going that way if I chose to make a loyal 32 haha. Jackalwolf
Death korps is true scale and protonational to marines. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352354-truescale-guard/#findComment-5225145 Share on other sites
Honda
So are the Elysians. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352354-truescale-guard/#findComment-5225495 Share on other sites
Dracos
As stated the Marine Corp holds a real appeal to me so am wasn’t really looking at historical looking models. The Elysians would be a alternative ... if they were in production. Second party prices for a discontinued FW really gouges the pocket book. Still it’s something I might save for since I only want the 32 (w/missile launchers) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352354-truescale-guard/#findComment-5225884 Share on other sites
