BrotherAetherick
Hi Guard players. Recently started my AM army and I had a question for an interpretation on overlapping fields of fire stratagem. Tried posting in the official rules section but haven't got a response yet. Basically how does the stratagem work if you inflict a wound on many different targets with 1 Cadian unit (for example Pask). Say I shoot his weapons into multiple different targets and manage to score a wound on a knight, some infantry, and a rhino. If I use overlapping fields of fire do I get +1 to hit for all cadian units on all enemy units wounded? Or would I have to choose one. Thanks. MrZakalwe
You need to pick one. The phrasing uses 'unit' singular. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352425-overlapping-fields-of-fire-rules-question/#findComment-5217469 Share on other sites
BrotherAetherick
Thanks. Unfortunate, but makes sense. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/352425-overlapping-fields-of-fire-rules-question/#findComment-5217482 Share on other sites
HallofStovokor
You must choose one, but then again, pask is usually going to be destroyed by turn 2. This means that you should put all of pask's firepower into a single high value target. On a separate note, never make pask your warlord.
