Cohesion question

Hey,

 

Imagine, if you will, three TWC in combat. Single file one behind the other. The first is inside an inch of its target. The second within an inch of him, and the third the same behind. This last one is back there to keep inside a reroll bubble.

 

Now,

 

If one of them dies and I remove the middle model, does the front one still get the bubble buff? The unit is inside the bubble but now is not in cohesion. I know the cohesion / movement rule, that's not the question.

As long as one model in in range of the aura, the whole unit is. Coherency doesn't have anything to do with this. However, you often will be required to keep models in coherency once the unit is able to make any sort of move action.

Coherency is kind of a joke in 8th.
