@dukeleto, couldn’t agree more. As someone who is also mostly interested in the lore these days, I feel a little robbed that a lot of the lore is wrapped up in codexs and rule books. I buy the odd rule book, only for the lore. I’ve bought all the HH black books and a good number of various campaign books, but no where near the amount that I want, purely because I don’t really want or need the rules. Necromunda is a case in point. I’ve bought none of the necromunda stuff since the new release but it really appeals to me. A lore book on the city and its planets inhabitants and cultures would be superb.

My initial reaction is that pure lore books would tap into another market and make them more money BUT I guess as long as folks like me still buy the whole rule book to access the lore then why bother?
