I've got a Sanguinary ancient that I want to use (probably with standard of sacrifice relic) but noticed that the company ancient has the 'Astartes Banner' which allows a destroyed model to shoot or attack once on a 4+ if within 6" of any blood angels ancient. I assume that I would have to field a company ancient in order to use this ability for my Sanguinary ancient? Sorry if it's a stupid question but just need to check before trying to use 2 Sanguinary ancients vs. 1 Sanguinary ancient and 1 company ancient. Thanks Edit: reading through it again it seems to confirm that the Company ancients 'astartes banner' is only on the company ancient (or primaris ancient) so would have to use a company ancient. Kallas Posted January 1, 2019 Share Posted January 1, 2019 If you have any Company Ancients on the table (ie, not dead, in reserve, in a transport), then you get the 4+ Death Attack aura from *any* Ancient (Sanguinary, Terminator, etc). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
