Shovellovin
Hello all, Does anyone know what basing material was used on the new/previewed GSC models? I like how it looks like gravel. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you. Bryan Blaire
Know for sure? No, I doubt any of us will be able to tell you with 100% certainty what was used. My guess, could just be sand with some small rock chips, with the sand painted to look like gravel. You might also look into basing materials like from Gale Force Nine - they have grit in super fine, fine, medium, and rocky types, which give you some very good results when mixed together. They also have things like dirt foundation flock and concrete rubble that you might want to look at. There are also other options, like aquarium gravel to mimic larger stones on bases, and there are likely other miniature companies like Army Painter that also have their own basing materials.
