RAW they get the extra attack for the unit charging, so I would think they are. Thoughts? Keeping in mind that they conversely wouldn't get an arjak buff etc, at least RAW. At least that bit's way more of an edge case. He does NOT get wolf guard as a keyword (no stacking with arjac). Basically he has a confusing title for a squad sgt. jinx!
