Svengir_Seastrider
It's a month late, but one of my goals this year was to get more hobby time, even if it's only a few minutes a day. I'm hoping that keeping this plog will give me more motivation to paint and keep this updated. Up first is an Ork Blitza Bommer I've been working on. I tried glazing for the first time to build up the red areas. This was also my first time hand painting checks. I'm regretting hitting them with a wash, I think it knocked them down too much. http://i.imgur.com/5KMtWXA.jpg http://i.imgur.com/axOaB1g.jpg http://i.imgur.com/GoTbfxj.jpg C & C welcome! Bjorn Firewalker
Well done. Don't beat yourself over the wash, which can easily justified as heavy weathering effects; I doubt Orks care much about "lookin' purdy" when "We's got humie 'eads ta crump!" Grotsmasha
The wash suits the original aesthetic perfectly, don't stress about it :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/353578-svengirs-2019-hobby-plog/#findComment-5247464 Share on other sites
