BLACK BLŒ FLY Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 Suppose a squad of Custodes declares a charge versus two scout squads but only make contact with one and are more than three inches from the squad they didn’t reach. They do not move any closer. Can the scout squad that was not assaulted consolidate at the end of the phase ? Quixus Posted February 3, 2019 Share Posted February 3, 2019 No: Any unit that charged or has models within 1" of an enemy unit can be chosen to fight in the Fight phase. The not charged unit cannot be chosen in the fight phase, so it cannot be chosen in the consolidation step of the fight phase either.
