It's possible it could change once an updated codex comes out and the Vanguard stuff gets rolled into the regular codex, but right now, no. Karhedron Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 His 3 buffing powers only affect PHOBOS units anyway so that will help to determine how much use he will be to your army. The 3 aggressive powers are interesting as they all offer a Mortal Wound and a debuff. They all look a bit situational to me so I won't be rushing to include one of these guys in my army.
