Mission and table set up? Otherwise it's hard to determine the sincerity of such a topic, even if not deliberate. An Auxiliary Support detachment has to be where the -1 CP comes from I assume...Scratch that, a quick perusal had looked to me as though he somehow had fit a full Brigade in there, which is definitely not the case... Which if he has a battalion and an outsider his CP should be (battle-forged 3, battalion 5, outsider 1, Calgar 2 = 11) as well.
