You are allowed to take two detachments in Matched Play that only have "CHAOS" in common if one of them is a Fortification Network. Pg. 47 of Chapter Approved. I thought you could always take detachments that are only linked to each other by CHAOS, just individually, they each need to have more in common than that. Or did they change soup?
