Doom Herald
Does anyone know if the warlord traits from the Daemonkin Codex appear in either of the new books? If so where? I can't find them. It seems strange that between redoing the Codex and the new Vigilus that neither would have these traits. Daemon Prince Marbas
They're in Codex: Daemonkin. You can also find them on Chaos Space Marines Tactics in 1d4chan. Doom Herald
I know that. I have the Daemonkin Codex. I was asking if it appears in either Vigilus Ablaze or the new CSM Codex. I don't understand why they would make 2 new books to contain the new rules and omit the new warlord traits from both. I don't much like the idea of having to carry another book around for just the warlord traits. Furnace Lord
I don't have either book yet but I'm reading people online saying they didn't include them for some reason. Someone also mentioned you can download them online from the GW website, I'm not exactly sure where, though. Just passing on what I've seen so I sadly can't be much more help :( Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/354927-daemonkin-warlord-traits/#findComment-5287934 Share on other sites

Closet Skeleton
They are not In VA. I dont recall seeing them in CSM2 but I did see the psyker tree there so maybe, Psyker tree? The Daemonkin codex's trait list is a psyker one not a daemonkin one so maybe they're the same? Tordeck
The new set of spells from Shadowspear. Starts with an M. I forget the proper name. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/354927-daemonkin-warlord-traits/#findComment-5288009 Share on other sites
Lord Asvaldir
Malefic is the new lore. Seems to me that the organization of where all the new rules are is a bit of a mess, big lack of overlap between where the new rules are showing in in vigilius, the updated codex and the little set of datasheets in shadowspear. Doom Herald
The Malefic Discipline is in both books. GW informed me that the special CSM Pyker Warlord Traits are only in Codex: Daemonkin from the Shadowspear box. Marshal Loss
Neither book contains the Daemonkin Warlord Traits. Bizarre decision. Not pleased with how they handled the distribution of rules in this release.
