Seth synergy

So I normally play blood angels but I just picked up Gabriel Seth and love the mini. Now I just need to figure out how to field him.

 

(Normally I run jump pack characters!)

 

I’m thinking, either run him as fire support buff (who can counter charge). Maybe next to a couple of land raiders (who could also carry him elsewhere as needed)? (I have a regular and a crusader)

 

Or.... more tempting...

 

Run him with a sanguinary priest (as a generic hq, to satisfy battalion requirements) and try and get him up close (maybe using a rhino) and deep strike a sanguinary guard unit.

(I’m thinking that seth’s chance to let nearby units fight again and the sanguinary priests +1 str and healing would really benefit the sanguinary guards 4 str and 2w profile.)

 

Any better ideas? Not sure who else would sit in the rhino , company vets?

 

 

 

(The sanguinary priest is partly there because I just picked up that model too! So running it to play with a new toy, rather than as an optimal power play)
