Lord Kallozar
Hey. Is there anything rules wise that’s more powerful/dominant than a daemon prince? I ask this only because in the Sons of Malice fluff it states that Malice/Malal himself can be summoned. To represent this game wise it would seem weird to have him as a standard daemon prince when he is meant to be a god. So would there be anything that could represent a god-like being in battle? dice4thedicegod
I’d assume he couldn’t manifest his full power (wouldn’t be much of a game if he could!) Maybe just use a princevand buff with a relic or something? Iron Father Ferrum
A greater daemon? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/355212-anything-more-powerful-than-a-dp/#findComment-5294265 Share on other sites
Sception
Be'lakor. Rules-wise he works as a daemonic entity greater than a regular daemon prince and without alignment to any of the four primary chaos gods. Granted, I don't think Be'Lakor can actually be "summoned" in game (does he have the daemonic ritual rule?), but even if not it's easy enough to just field him normally in a chaos daemon side detachment. Heck, in the unlikely event that Malal/Malice should ever again be confirmed as an actual thing within the bounds of the game fluff proper (as opposed to license novels of dubious canonicity), I'd lay 50/50 odds on GW just outright stating, or at least heavily implying, that they are in fact the same entity. That Malal has always just been Be'lakor posing as a god in order to cultivate a cult of followers he could use to disrupt the plans of the the big four. Daemon Prince Marbas
Be' lakor cannot be summoned but he could be in an auxiliary detachment. The Yncarne
Hey. Is there anything rules wise that’s more powerful/dominant than a daemon prince? Two daemon princes? I’m assuming you’re referring to warp entities in particular. Doom Herald
Be'lakor can even just be used in a Patrol dettachment. 1 unit lesser daemons doesn't cost much and plague bearers are God objective holders. Alternatively, I've wanted to do an outrider with Nurgle Furies as a high mobility shield. Be'lakor himself can be deepstriked via a strategem. He looks like he has weaker saves, but remember he re-rolls failed saves. Make sure to take Death Hex as a power. His sword plus Death Hex means no saves and he does 3 wounds per hit. He cuts through things like butter. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/355212-anything-more-powerful-than-a-dp/#findComment-5294426 Share on other sites

Subtle Discord
Casting is currently ongoing. Trying to build some stock so it's not wiped out right away. You're not the only one interested. Also trying to get other... things... underway. So much to do, never enough time! the emperor is scottish
I love be'lakor. Hes possibly been my fave character in the warhammer universe since the storm of chaos thing about 15 years ago. And i believe the model is still stunning. I've always looked for an excuse to field an army round about him but never actually done it. Shame on me. As much as i love bel wouldn't a daemon primarch go a way to representing it pretty well? Sception
Currently the only options for daemon primarch are mortarion and magnus, both of whom are far too distinctly themselves in their mechanics to reasonably stand in for Malal. Be'lakor on the other hand fits well enough that, again, just saying they're literally the same entity in universe would not be all that shocking.
