Looks like a nice fast list, I would maybe change some of the vehicles' weapons configurations though in order to focus them to a task; Javelins with heavy bolters and lascannons are always going to be wasting one of their weapons. Likewise, if you want the Predators to hunt armour, heavy bolters aren't going to help, but as the plasma cannons are better suited to hunting infantry, the heavy bolters do work in that roll, though lack decent AP. If you could squeeze some power weapons and melta bombs into the assault squads, I think you'd get better mileage from them.

What weapon would go best with the Lascannon on the Javelins then, the multi-melta? As for the predators, would the Heavy Conversion Beamer or Magna-Melta be a better fit for hunting armor? Perhaps it might make more sense to go for a Sicaran with Lascannon sponsons instead? I’ve only been thinking about making a 30k list for a short while now and Heavy Support/Anti-Armor has been a struggle for me to understand.

I suggest the following:

Re-equip the Javelins with multimelta, twinlinked CML and two hunter killers each. This will give you tonnes of S8 shots turn one as they come in outflanking and taking out enemy vehicles at the side armour (at 1500p opponents will have cheaper tanks that have low AV rear and on the sides, you will barely see Spartans and Land Raiders at such army sizes). Many S8 shots are more reliable than a twinlinked lascannon shot. These Javelins will be your vehicle and walker killers.

Ditch the predators, they will be vulnerable to deepstriking shooters (will be more prevalent with the new warmonger, deepstriking termies and tac. support squads) that will take them out from their low rear and side armour if they get first turn. Also those heavy bolters will be less useful as you will need to move around those tanks since the plasma cannon has (relatively most other heavy weapons) shorter distance.

At 1500p you will face more infantry based lists,  so I suggest a Scimitar jetbike squadron with 6x bikes and 2x of them with volkite culverins, these you keep at distance from the enemy units and just "dance" around the enemy units hosing them down with heavy bolter and culverin shots, don't come in close with them, avoid close combat with the scimitars. The scimitars will soften up the enemy infantry before your relatively small assault squads (if you keep your assault squads 3x10 man) move in for the kill.

Consider reorganising your 3x10 man assault squads to 2x15 man squads instead, these will give them more survivability if you don't get in close combat early game and and increased killing power in close combat, and also this will free up an apothecary.

For the points you save from having two apotecharies for 2x15 man squads, and from switching out the predators to scimitars you give your assault squads power axes so they can threat terminators and also give them melta bombs so they become more versatile to threat walkers and vehicles as well.

Doing the above mentioned changes will make your list VERY mobile and all your units (except the scimitars that have their special role) will be able to threat infantry, low/mid AV vehicles and walkers, this will make opponent's deployment trickier as it is harder to anticipate what unit will do what. The opponent will play YOUR game.

If your face a static gunline then play a refused flank deployemnt so his gunline will have less to shoot at and your mobile units expose themselves to less shooting, be more able to multicharge and eat through his gunline starting from one of his flanks.

If your face another very mobile list (then most likely low cost vehicles or infantry) then you can play cat and mouse and use your high volume of fire to wear down his units.

Also, these changes makes the list quite fluffier.

Jumpolon

3x Assault Squad (each contains 2 Power Axes, Sergeant w. Artificer Armour, Phoenix Spear, Melta Bombs)

3x Jump Apothecaries

2x Javelin Attack Speeder, Twin-linked Lascannon, Multi Melta

1x Vindicator Laser Destroyer, Dozer Blade

1x Predator, Magna-Melta Cannon, Dozer Blade, Ceramite, Combi Melta

There, leaves you with 5 pts. to toy around with.

Going off the changes Imren suggested, the list came out to 1550pt when I plugged it into BattleScribe. The change that made the most sense to me was to only take 2x Javelins instead of 3, which puts me at 1475pt. With my list as it is, I can give both Apothecaries a Power Sword or a Volkite Charger or I could get a Sky Hunter Sergeant with Melta Bombs or a Power Weapon. I think the Apothecary upgrade option makes more sense, and am leaning more towards the Volkite Charger as I’ve heard Power Swords aren’t great due to how common Artificer armor is.

If this all makes senseless me know, and if it doesn’t I’m open to suggestions. Thanks for all the help so far

I wouldn’t take the Sgt upgrade on your scimitars as you don’t want to get into close combat with those guys. As previously said... dance around and just hose enemy infantry. If you upgrade to a Sgt you will be tempted to charge in where you will get tarpitted
