MillionsSons
Hello! I'm considering starting a Slaanesh daemon army but don't really like the daemonette faces. Does anyone know a good 3rd party alternative faces for them ? I would like beautiful faces... I think it fit better the fluff, where mere humans are mesmerized by them. I would keep probably the original GW faces on half of the model, which represent their true nature. Thanks in advance for the tips! Dr_Ruminahui
If you are wanting to go half-and-half, and want some more dynamic poses as well, I really recommend kitbashing the daemonettes with a box of witch aelves. That's what I did: Or, if you are set on 3rd party heads, I've heard good things about Statuesque Miniatures, though I haven't used them myself (http://www.statuesqueminiatures.co.uk/c/4544662/1/new-releases.html) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/355571-alternative-daemonettes-heads/#findComment-5303147 Share on other sites

Evil Eye
If you're up for third party stuff I reckon the Promethean Bride heads by Puppetswar would look really good. Dr_Ruminahui
Thanks for the suggestion. Your daemonettes look awesome by the way Thanks! Some minor greenstuffing was required (you need to build necks to put the aelf heads on the daemonette bodies, neither of which have necks) as well as some trimming (you need to trim the necks off of the daemonette heads or the aelf bodies, as both have necks, plus you need to trim the aelf arms so that they have a flat surface), but none of that is difficult to do. For further daemon queries, you might want to go to the Chaos Daemons forum below (http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/forum/134-x-chaos-daemons-x/) - not everyone follows or checks the general forums, so you're more likely to be connected with others who have built and played their own daemons and who are friendly and willing to help.
