MegaVolt87
I have magnetized my plastic cataphractii arms, assembled the 2 part shoulder pads completely stuck to the body. Plastic arms/hands non issue. I see the FW rein parts have the complete shoulder pad on. What is the viability of removing the shoulder pad to bring the resin arms to the state of the plastic ones? I see in comparison the assault cannon arms don't have the shoulder pads like the plastics. Is it doable or a wash? Grotsmasha
As long as you aren't attempting to keep the pads from the FW arms, it is easy enough to shave them off and shape them to match the plastic ones. Go slow, and be patient :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/355800-fw-resin-cataphractii-parts-question/#findComment-5310574 Share on other sites
Cleon
There are two cataphractii arms sets, one only has half the pad as it's meant to be used with the plastic terminators - may save you effort if you go for that one, depending which weapons you were aactually after. MegaVolt87
Thanks guys, I figured the shoulder pads would not make it after trimming the pads.
