Blood Angels 3000 Day of Sorrows

I've got a large collection of Blood Angels for 40k and this is my first attempt at 30k list so input is very much needed. I'm especially a bit lost about how Sanguinary Guard should work in AoD, since all I've heard is that command squad rules should be used for it, but there isn't any weapons available that quite feel right.

From top to bottom:

- Day of Sorrows is actually a really bad RoW. Not saying this easily, and I'm that sort of person who tries to get everything to work, like even sub-par choices and units. But DoS ? No thanks. You don't need the pseudo-fearless and the aura of wrath does not compensate for the drastic disadvantages in the slightest. And if you want FnP get an Apothecary or two.

- Ditch the Harness on the Cataphractii Praetor, you already got one in the Terminator squad.

- Where's the (Tartaros) Praetor Tribune going ? And why do you even need him ?

- Command Squad seems lost without an attached IC to spice them up a notch.

- Vet Tacs: give them 2 Hvy. Bolters or focus on Combi Meltas (or any other Combi Weapon you like), don't mix it up. Focus fire is the term here. Also, swap the Claw for a Fist.

Oh, and your units Sergeants wand one thing badly: Artificer Armour.

- Terminators: again, these seem to be quite unsure about their role. A mix of Claws and Chain Fists can work, but you're always giving ground in one direction. Other than that, go either Heavy Flamer and Combi Bolters, or full Combi Melta or Plasma on them.

- Tac Squads & Tac Support Squads:  These want metal boxes and the Sergeants need their Artificer Suits.

- Heavy Support Squads:  at only 5 men strong and without transports and / or Fnp, these will last 1 round at the most. Easy pickings.
