regraham
Hey guys, do you use a paint shaker tool for stubborn paints? I just bought a vortex mixer and love it. Here's a summary of the best mixers Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/356636-best-paint-shaker-for-miniature-model-paints/ Share on other sites
Magos Takatus
Wow, I would really appreciate one of those. I'm not going to rush out and buy one just yet due to the price but being able to mix paint well without having to shove a stirrer into it would be really useful. My Scale 75 copper paint set really need a good shake, I only really seem to get medium out of them. Thanks for the info, I think my GW metallic paints will be shaking in their boots if I order one of those. Canadian_F_H
Yeah. I nees this. I have several valllejo army painter system paints that seperate into 2 distinct colors. Its weird because when i store then on their sides in my tool box they come out 50/50 when dropped onto the pallet. Lol. And metallics definitly often settle out of their mediums. The image links to a blank page... Anybody have a working link? SickSix
Since I use Vallejo I use a drill and lead fishing weights as agitators. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/356636-best-paint-shaker-for-miniature-model-paints/#findComment-5341794 Share on other sites
Jukkiz
This method, with tiny, TINY bb in the bottle works wonders if you´re on a budget Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/356636-best-paint-shaker-for-miniature-model-paints/#findComment-5341799 Share on other sites

Canadian_F_H
I bought the smaller of the 2 vortex mixers. The big one seamed rediculous. It seams to work very well, so far so good. It is literally strong enough to mix the basing texture paints... Has already saved a few things i thought were lost causes as well.
