+ Neomunda +

The Lamb's World 12th Armoured Corps were deployed to the borderworld of Neomunda (formerly New Mundus; renamed following its double-secession from both Old Imperium and subsequently Nova Terran forces). A month-long three-way armoured duel began between the forces of the Old Imperium, Nova Terrans and the Neomundan's own Stalk-Brigades.

Yes, I imagine there’s a guy in a Departmento office somewhere rolling off a d100 chart to complete the paperwork. They really do add a lot of fluff to the photos,

I’m liking the tank names and graffiti, and especially the looted cow! :-)

Your vehicles are well done. Why build the Leman Russ tanks without sponsons? I admit they look silly, but the extra firepower and/or versatility shouldn't be scoffed at.

They might have been built during 7th edition where sponsons were less useful and in some cases just a waste of points.

@ OP - The vehicles look great, love the cow hanging off the side of one of the Leman Russ.

As Ldorte suggests, these were built in the heady days of yore, when sponsons weren't all that good. Secondly, I always preferred the look of tanks without sponsons for the Lamb's Worlders. Demolishers and similar siege tanks look cool with them, but cheap and cheerful is the order of the day for Lamb's World forces.

Man! I love the stoies or KIA reports. They bring so much character to your thread. Keep up the stellar effort :-D

Cheers! Long time since I updated, but I got some more photographs recently. Thanks for the kind words :smile.:

Ha ha, brilliant!

Yeah the KIA reports are a nice touch!
Again your vehicles are great and ooze personality.
The guy sat on the Russ with a democharge is especially pleasing!!

Very kind. I always like having a figure or two on a tank – adds so much personality and life to what otherwise can appear very solid and lifeless.

Love your little KIA reports and flair for your tanks.

Thank you.

Cheers – and it's been a notable talking point for many years. Wish I could get ideas like that more often!  :biggrin.:
