Wulfen and Reivers

Peter - will be using the larger base, that was the nearest to hand. Also will use a mix of Wulfen and other pads, I'm playing around with the idea of using the Riever torso on some of them with just Wulfen arms and heads, to give the impression of varying stages of the curse.

Trizin - there is a fair difference in bulk between the two models, particularly the legs, so I'm not sure how they'd match up, might try one though.

Thanks for the ideas guys.

I can try it, I think I have the bits laying around

I used reiver bodies for my Wulfen. I hate the lower half of the reiver legs, so I cut them off and added the Wulfen legs.

I think it looks great, but I know not everyone is keen on the Wulfen legs.

I also trimmed the pouches off the thighs, then covered the area with the Wulfen shoulder pads, it bulks them out a lot. I got some dwarf shoulder pads as well to go on the Wulfen shoulders, they look good, they have knotwork on. I'll put a pic up when I get the chance.

I had much the same idea a few weeks ago, mainly because I am trying to build a Primaris Chapter.

(In fact: I am currently carrying the bag of ordered Colours, Reivers and Wulfen I picked up from the GW store on Friday)

So I am eager to see your progress!

I thought about doing a 5 man Squad of each weapon.

And I wanted to use regular Primaris Bodies for the Shield & Hammer guys.

They have the reinforced legs and both Shoulderpads. To reinforce the armored look I want to try to use the smaller Wulfen Shoulder Pads below the left Shoulder Pad, on the upper arm, basically to bridge the gap between Shoulder Pad and Shield - so their left side is fully armored, with no gap.
